I would just like to say that I read the whole thread, which took me forever and I would LOVE LOVE LOVE to see Sigma Kappa at Ole Miss. It was mentioned a few times by other people on here. It isn't traditionally "southern," but we have had ALOT of successful expansions in the last few years (Virginia Tech, UPenn, North Georgia College and State Univ). It doesn't have the stigma of being a chapter that has closed (as mentioned of ADPi and ZTA) and I think could work. We do have some great chapters in the south as well: Auburn, UofF, U of Central Arkansas, Louisiana Tech. But, I don't think we even have one collegiate or alumna chapter in Mississippi, so it would be hard to find the "woman-power." Just a fleeting thought...comment if you like!
