Honestly maybe I'm just disturbed by the idea of any woman wanting to be a "hoe" even if it's for the evening. I've never been to a Playas Ball but we did have a 70s party. Some folks came as pimps and a few girlfriends dressed up as that particular pimps hoe--mad I just strung that together--but in general it was just us in bell bottoms with afros and acting silly.
