Just thought I'd play "devils advocate" for a moment and bring up this discussion. In the thread,
Is A Pimps and Hos Party Disrespectful?, many people (myself included) posted about how distastful and disrespectul this kind of party is. However, on many college campuses and beyond, BGL fraternities sometimes have "Playa's Balls" and parties of the like, where some men come dressed as pimps a la Bishop Don Magic Juan, flocked by their respective women, we are dressed the part of a "ho".
Is there a double standard?
I'm only talking terms of a "pimps & ho's party". There are so other straight outlandish themes duscussed in that thread that are ri-dag-diculous, but let's begin with PAHs first
