Well - I'm a bit past 21 but I have to say that I love that ISIC card. If you ever want to bum around Europe you HAVE to have one 'cause you get some mad discounts on flights and train tickets. They do look like they'd be easy to alter or cheat with too - although I never tried. (Just didn't want you to feel ignored
)
