I agree about Great Lash - it's like black water. The waterproof is semi-OK if you let it get dried up (i.e. keep it past the point you are supposed to keep mascara).

I'll give you my organic advice - I tried Lavender shampoo & conditioner from Avalon (I got it at Whole Foods) and my hair looked better after using it than it has in a long time.
