I was referring to Charter Communications. On Friday, my cable had not returned so I called Charter like 5 times that day and told each CSR that answered how I always pay my bill on time and that I did not deserve to have to be without cable for 3 whole days and that as soon as my cable was fixed I was going to get DirecTV. The last CSR that I talked to offered to slash my bill in 1/2 (I pay $48 for basic expanded) to $24 for the remainder of 2005. I told him that this was not good enough and that the only reason why Charter treats their customers like isht is that they are the only cable provider in the area and that they would not act like that if they had competition from say, Comcast. So then the guy throws in digital cable for an extra $5 for the rest of 2005. I told him that if he extended it to June of 2006 (so I can watch The Sopranos when they came back on in March) we had a deal. He agreed and not only that he told me that he would send me some coupons for pay-per-view events and other services. See how the squeaky wheel gets the grease!!! Teehee

Shoot one of the managers is goin' to slap that CSR upside the head for that one. LOL Oh well enjoy it Soror!!!
