I have been a active member of my Frat for 12 years and the graduate process back then is very similiar to the undergraduate process now. Everything depends on what chapter you are going through. People feel as though their pledge process is hard work well let me tell you the work doesn't begin until you get into the organization. As long as you want to work and contribute to society it doesn't matter what others think now as they will have a lot of possitive things to say later.
