ellipticals, especially with the resistance up, can definitely make your ass big (works the gluts) but mostly on the lower 'height' settings.
this is why i laugh at the girls at the gym (who generally have brutal 'softball body') who mock girls who do the elliptical at lower than max resistance . . . insert the *the more you know* music here
