In reference to Nationals, it is because of Risk Management programs in place and R M Insurance. There is supposedly better control by Nationals on hazing over locals.
Dont take me wrong, when I started a local, hazing was a no no.
But, it seems I get emails daily about National Chapters who are being suspended for hazing, Both Fraternitys and Sororitys.
