I spilt a tiny bottle of perfume on the seat of my brand new car like a month after I got it
, but I put a cup of bleach in there that night and it absorbed a lot of the smell. Vinegar I believe works as well. Just do it like right before you go to bed at night so you know you won't like be using your car for several hours.
Also some of the odor neutralizer sprays they make might work as well. Just be careful with spraying stuff b/c I have dark grey leather in my car and I sprayed Febreze in there (not directly on the seats) once, and it worked but it left little spots on the leather that had to be cleaned off which was annoying.
