If the little guy likes Sigma then get him involved with a Sigma Beta chapter. Alot of pre-college kids start their road towards Sigma that way.
Being that he's 11 years old I wouldn't get too serious about it. As you know eleven year olds kinda jump from interest to interest. Chances are he won't even be interested in it by the time he's in college.
But if he is, then he should attend Howard and I will guide his process into Sigma land personally.
