Thank you for posting. I'm not sure of the mission of your organization. To that end, Alpha Phi Alpha Fraternity, Inc. has worked to better conditions not only for minorities but all US citizens since 1906. If your organization is committed to service then I'm sure it will not be a difficult task to have others wanting to join your ranks.
