Talking He is home!!!!

I wanted to share with you all that I was able to bring my wonderful husband home this weekend!!!! THANK GOD and all of you for love and prayers.

He tires easily, and his left vocal cord is paralyzed from the intubation right now. We don't know if that is permanent yet ;(, so he speaks in a very sexy bedroom whisper right now . It is music to my ears!

We have cardiac rehab 3 times a week in Des Moines, plus visits to the various other drs over the next 6 weeks. whew! He is not permitted to drive yet, so I will be driving him as well. He has to have a sleep study for his snoring (which can contribute greatly to heart stress) and many other drs to visit. I have a lot of errand running to do with him and I couldn't be more happy about it!!!!

He hopes to be able to start the job search in about 3-4 weeks. The doctors indicate he will be better than before at the end of rehab. This was a real bullet he dodged .

I am so grateful for all the love you sent our way. THANK YOU!
