Just out of curiosity, did you call to complain? My one bad experience, I called to say that the kitchen floor hadn't been done, and they sent a new crew out the next day for free! Free = good, in my book!
I am going to reinterate about being exact about what you want - the last service my mother tried, she didn't mention the bathroom (figuring that it was a given). They didn't do it, and she wouldn't complain. Since I
hate a dirty bathroom, just call me "Molly"!
