The other NPC supporting the site: You should raise this issue at the next Panhellenic meeting.
There is nothing you can do to stop a non-member from operating a web site-- Free Speech. If it is hosted on the university's intraweb, you may be able to have it taken down.
Or you could threaten legal action for slander with a cease and desist letter.
