What you said is all true except for the last part - you can't be anorexic and of normal weight. Part of the diagnostic criteria for anorexia means weighing 85% or less of the "normal" body weight (basically a BMI of 18.5 or less). If you meet the other criteria for anorexia but not the weight criteria (and amenorrhea, which is another criteria which would probably not be met if one was of normal weight) you would qualify for EDNOS (Eating Disorder-Not Otherwise Specified).
