I'm running a 5k almost every day, try to bike at least 20 a day, but the swimming is my problem. I'm a competitive swimmer/lifeguard, but there's no pool here! SO i have to wait till I go home in summer to swim, and then i really have to step it up in the pool, put in a crazy amount of meters.

I'm participating in the MS 150 in 2 weeks and I'm super excited. It's a 150 mile bike ride to from Cranberry PA to Conneaut OH to raise money for MS research. It's 80 miles the first day (100 if you do the century option) and 70 the next day with an overnight at Allegheny college.
