Our last EC, I won't mention his name, was absolutly horrible. He was a snake.
We had a lot of problems with two brothers for about a year. We would talk to our EC about dealing with them, but unknown to us the EC and these two guys were stuck up each other's asses. We would talk to the EC and he would go and tell these two idiots what we were planning on doing with them.
It definitly hurt relations with the EC we have now b/c the chapter doesn't feel like we can trust him.
