I am still a little behind where I would like to be since I had to take a break while I was pregnant, but as soon as the doctor gave me the okay, I was back to my normal routine--amazing how much strength you can lose after not lifting for 6 months!
YAY FOR TRIATHELETES!!!
ya know, I wanted to start a Tri Delta Tri Athalon for our philantrophy event in college but no one else was for it. I'm training for half marathon now, but next year I want to do the Liberty to Liberty Triathalon from NYC to Philly. Thats my goal. Right now I've just done a few small town triathalons, but I really enjoyed them.
