My boyfriend thought he was scot-free by not registering his car with the school- but they tracked down his license tag and sent the ticket to his house, found out his name and put a hold on his record. (That's what happens until you pay it off)
I have no sympathy for people who KNOW that they are parking in a space where they know they can get ticketed and then whine about it recieving a ticket. Even worse is when they yell at the student parking patrolers about giving them a ticket. Um, aren't they doing what they are supposed to?
