both pairs of my editors lost them hem in the left leg.... and right before i went to bring them back to exchange them, the butt developed a real large and nice hole
i told the sales lady, and showed her, both the hem and the butt and she was like ohh this happens ALL the time... why would you say that to someone who just spend $79 on a pair of pants?!?
they are pretty good w/returning damaged stuff like that though - so is VS - one of the underwires popped out of my very expensive (lol) bra and i brought it in with tears in my eye bc it was my favorite one and the sales lady was VERY nice.. they exchanged it for the same thing, no questions asked...
as much as i like these stores, they went so high up in price but lack in quality lately
there older stuff was so much better, quality wise
