116. I love that sorors held me and my family up when my mom died in 2003. Without them I do not think I would have survived the loss. They held on to me, my brother and my father. My entire family was overwhelmed by the love and support shown by my sorors. They were at my house EVERYDAY. If no one ever did a sisterly thing for me again in life, I would have experienced all the sisterhood anyone could ever hope for from my sorors through that experience.
117. I love Soror Nathalyn of my chapter who is the most sisterly person I know. She sent me a card every week for nearly two months after my mom passed to let me know she was thinking of me and was there for me.
118. I love Soror Carla for being my favorite cyber soror. I talk about you and conversations on GC like you are right here in B-more with me!
119. I love the opportunity Delta has given me to learn and grow. It is amazing how what I learn in Delta enhances my personal and professional life. DST trains leaders, ya heard!
120. I lobe my chapter step team, the Metro Steppers, because the sorors on the team, represent and win but are about SOOO much more than stepping. Our step team members are all on other committees and most are chapter officers and chairs. These sorors are dedicated to Delta and strive to do it all.
121. I love Soror Sadie T.M. Alexander. As an attorney, and Black professional woman, she is an inspiration to me.
