I am super excited...I finally took the plunge and emailed the national alumnae chapter about my situation. (It's a long story but I went through recruitment in college and was given a bid but had to leave school in the middle of a semester which means I didn't get to be initiated...*ask me and I will gladly explain but it would take a day and a half to do it here!!* Some of you might already know some of it from here.) Well....The Alumnae director for my area emailed me and we talked on the phone yesterday. She said my story was not uncommon and I sound like a great candidate for Alumnae Initiation!! THINGS SOUNDED GREAT and she is going to start my paperwork as soon as possible. She says I could be fully initiated by this Fall. I will even get to be initiated at my old collegiate chapter (but as an Alumnae!) I am so excited. I can't wait to see what this future holds for me!
