Not meaning to be offensive or anything....
But has anyone ever heard someone say "tarbaby" or "blue gums" when talking about black people? My mouth dropped when I first heard this old lady complain about a black man who came in my office and kind of stunk. Her phrase was "Those blue gummed, tar-babies must not believe in deoderant."
