I don't think there's any conflict.
A college social sorority (or fraternity, for that matter), and a masonic-related fraternal organization are generally not groups one finds in competition with one another.
You should probably check with some local authority (chapter or regional president, perhaps) in one or both organizations, just to be sure, but my guess is that you can probably very easily retain membership in both.
