I am MRC for my chapter and am looking for help in ideas for recruitment events and events that you can do that do not cost any money at all. I also need some new and fresh ideas on how to get girls to want to come to events (recruitment, social, etc...). We always had a strong sense of attendance in the past but now it is severly lacking. Although our chapter (Iota Delta) just inducted 8 new ladies now it seems as if they are more than half of the ladies at our events and meetings. Please help me find a way to boost our chapters enthusiasm

Also, we have had some problems with drama and talking behind each other's backs. Which as you all know, causes drama and hurt feelings. Any ideas?!? E-board has tried to solve this problem numerous times and we even did a "I respect my sister because..." session at our last meeting. I don't know what else to present to e-board?

goodness! we have had the SAME issues as you have had with your chapter - do you have a CKA? We (the CKA & I) - i am an advisor too made up a 'recruitment policy' that we presented to the chapter, voted on, but haven't yet put in in our local constitution. It gives the sisters incentives to bring out PNM's... like $ off dues.
Yeah! J-Board is my topic!! haha The DRAMA and talking is another problem & I think that happens to all chapters also. I would suggest those to be J-Board issues, NOT E-Board issues, they have enough going on. It also depends on the drama & what it is... please PM me if you have any questions, or anyone that reads this. I will try to help in anyway possible.
