I would love to help you out--what kind of traditions are you looking for? I graduated before all of the officer names changed so I'm not sure if NMOC is for new members or the entire chapter. Either way, I think that I can think of some things for you, and if I cant, I'll contact some of my pledge sisters. Maybe they have a better memory than I do.
