Let's see... there was A'hole...
Bottles... this is a silly one. You go around a circle, counting from 1 until someone has to drink. If your number is either 7, 11, is a multiple of 7 or 11, or contains a 7 or 11, you have to say "bottles" instead of the number. If you say the wrong thing, you drink and go back to 1. (Gets real interesting when you hit the 70's - "gee, was that 'bottles' 78 or 79???"

One Up, One Down... this is one of those games where you either know the rules, or you don't and you have to learn the rules as you play.
Truth or Drink... just like Truth or Dare, except the "dare" is always a drink.
And of course, the all-time favorite, Bar Golf.
