It is not as bad as Iraq, but what I mentioned earlier about my parents calling me to report they were okay because a scud blew up the building down the street from their apartment is true. S*** still happens to that country.
During the war, the military and contractor workers were issued all this protective gear and they had to use it more than once. So Kuwait is just not as peaceful as you think. It is easier to attack Americans in Kuwait from Iraq, than it is to attack them in America from Iraq.
Lately, there hasn't been too many problems, but you never know what can happen.
