Oh, I totally agree... I was playing on facebook last night and I came across the profile of one of the members of Panhellenic Exec board (they have to disaffiliate) and I had no trouble figuring out her affiliation. I think the facebook could become an issue during recruitment, thought I hope it doesn't.
