definitely get the support of Student Activities. Greeks started at my campues when i was a junior/senior. they formed an expansion council and worked with the umbrella orgs and student activities for all the presentations and to decide on who to bring. it was quite a bit of work as they colonied NPC, NIC and NPHC chapters all at once.
