If the gentleman wants to see if Greek Life is for him at this stage of his life, I'd say GO FOR IT! At least he won't be saying...gee wonder what would have happened if I hadn't pledged ABC!

Because I AM greek and GC is a good way for time to pass quickly.
As for 99.5% of every org having 1 member that doesnt follow rules....my entire chapter (120 guys) was expelled from campus and our charter pulled because some people said we didnt "follow rules"
So our entire chapter was disbanded.......not just 1 member. The guy was asking for opinions and I gave him mine....stop trying to cause a fight.
