My chapter doesn't judge girls on their looks, as long as they're not someone who doesn't shower or something like that. I'm sure that other chapters at my school do very much judge girls based on looks... it's sad, but true that people have to be so superficial. It's hard for my chapter to get members (we now have 30) because when girls go through recruitment they see thin beautiful girls in some chapters and then in others they see a mixture of everything. They generally want to join the one full of beautiful girls. The good thing about my chapter is that we are very diverse and we're not superficial at all.
