I think that it is always great to have a large number of women interested in your organization but in the case of my organization, I feel that it is not only a must for the new members to get to know each other but the current members to get to know them as well,(seeing as how membership is by invitation only), and the current members will be doing the inviting, they must know the prospects individually. We promote the principle of sisterly Love~ I know how hard this was to obtain with there only being 11 of us so I can't imagine 100. .censured
