This is not a rule in my chapter so, No it is not a national rule. I actually know CPO's, CDD's and ABC's who have tattoes. I myself have a tatoo of our letters, so does sigkapqueen (we got them together). To me this is not disrespectful as it reminds me everyday of what sigma kappa means to me. Both our tattoes are respectful and can be covered with a bandaid if need be. It's just a matter of personal opinion.
