You CAN find FABULOUS bargains there. Always start in the back- clearance section. Up to 80% off their prices... i've gotten several pairs of $120 shoes for like $20 bucks.
They have a ton of strappy shoes. It would be well worth the trip, I guarantee you'll leave with more than just those shoes
