Well, I know I'm one sister thats looking to loose this weight. I may not be fine FOR the summer, but I'm determined to be fit before summer is over.
I've also heard that it is so much easier to drop pounds when you have motivation.
www.glamour.com now provides a journal for you to write down your daily eating and exercise activities. There are also tips on at home exercises to do, forums to get motivation when you really want to grab that snickers bar (lol), and forums on these so called fabulous crash diets.
It allows you to see your progress as you go on week by week. So far, I'm at the end of week one (since its Saturday) and I've lost 2 lbs. (Hey, its a start)
