Ahh... the Islay's are some of my favourites because of the peat-y taste...

I'm also a fan of the Glenmornagie Port Barrel

I've also been hopping to taste a Glen Breton Rare (only single malt whisky brewed in North America - can't be called single malt scotch for legal reasons).
