The best thing you can do is log onto those colleges' Greek Life websites--some are very comprehensive.
The Greek systems at Auburn and UGa are extremely powerful and it's not exactly easy to get into the sorority of your choice at either place, especially if you're from out-of-state. There are just lots of girls who are well-known to the sisters and alums already, not to mention tons of legacies to the larger and "more Southern" sororities. That being said, you can also have a fantastic Greek experience at either place!
I imagine that Greek life at the other large Southern universities that you mentioned would be more or less the same--including the rush experience.
