Starting a New Sorority

I know you guys get this A LOT! But I am starting a new sorority and I wanted to know if you guys had any advice, books that I should read, and things that I need to know about starting one. I want to do something new and different and stear away from hazing. I want the experience to be enrinching and fun! So I am sorry for asking. And if you started a new one please let me know how yours went:o

What do you mean by "new and different"?
