Recruitment without university recognition
 

My sorority is having a hard time thinking of ways to successfully recruit new sisters for our local organization.

Some history; We were founded to be local sorority and were unable to get college recognition as a local, instead of colonizing a nat'l sorority, we kept the local letters and decided to tackle nat'l status.
The problem with that is, we aren't sure how to go about recruiting new members in the area.

We're taking the community sorority approach, we allow women 18+ to join.

I was just wondering if anyone had any ideas on how community chapters, organize recruitment?
