De-bigging???
 

Hi,
I was wondering if anyone has had a situation like this before. Some of the girls in my chapter have gotten it in their heads that "de-bigging" is an option. It happened a few years ago when a sister decided her big was no longer her big because she had done something bad to another sister. Last year I made a HUGE mistake and betrayed my little sister, but rather than trying to work things out or even letting me explain, she decided that one of the other girls is now her new big. Our president and advisor just kind of let the situation be in both instances because, since bigs and littles aren't an "official" thing, there's nothing that can be done.

I was wondering if anyone else had this kind of problem before. It's really one of the most painful things I've ever experienced in AXiD.

We have "adoption" in our chapter too...

If the big/little combos are having problems, or arguements, don't get along well anymore, or just the big graduated and the little wants a big around... they can be adopted...

usually its on a big little night... To my knowledge: only 2 girls have been adopted recently in my chapter... one was right before I joined (her original big was asked to leave the chapter), and the other set was having arguements and it was mutual...
