DePauw Beta Theta Pi: Bankruptcy Due to House Renovation Loans?

Apparently the financial problems stem at least in some degree from decisions and loan agreements made several years ago. It seems that the problems should not affect the ability of members to live in the house.

Unfortunate situation, and I hope that it can be resolved quickly and with minimal disruption for the chapter's undergraduates and concerned alumni.
