has anyone else read this book? I searched it and didn't come up with anything. I am reading it now and OMG- not only is this guy a PIG but geez it gives the N.C Triangle (Raleigh/Durham/Chapel Hill) a horrible, awful reputation!! UGHHH :eek:

It's definitely entertainment, some of these stories (emphasize stories) are quite amusing, but I would HATE to be the girl trapped in this guy's world!

Let me guess. Is it by Tucker Max?

ETA: Just googled. Of course it is. Have you ever read his website? He's ridiculous. He was also on one of the MTV episodes of True Life.

A guy at my gym was reading it and thought it was the funniest thing. I had a brief skim and thought it was somewhat amusing. But yeah, he seems like a "Don't Date Him, Girl" kinda guy.

Gawker has been having a lot of fun with this lately.

He's been around for quite a few years now and his stories are only getting him more ass.

It's been about 5 years or so since I've heard of him and used to read his writing, and he was popular even before that. I don't think he will.

Most of the stories are hilarious. As a woman and a feminist, I still don't understand why so many women take Tucker Max so seriously. Maybe it's because I never fucked a man, and may never decide to in the future, so it is unlikely I'll ever be in the position as some of those women.

He has a second book "Assholes finish first" coming out in 2009, and they just finished filming the movie "I hope they serve beer in hell". I wonder how successful the movie will be.

The movie will be freaking awesome. Tucker Max makes me laugh like no other.

Yeah, I think Tucker Max is hilarious even though I'm a girl. My friends do dumb shit, but it's nothing compared to this guy. It's just funny to read it and go "No way...no WAY...NO WAY!!!"
