Daddy-Daughter Day

Hey y'all!

I am an SDT at Georgia and I am planning a daddy- daughter day for my sorority this fall. I was wondering if anyone had any ideas for this day that do not include attending a sports event. Thanks so much for the help!!!

Thanks,
Allison!

camping? but not hard-core camping. something with cabins instead of tents.

What about watching a sporting event? I don't know if you've already set the date but maybe you could plan it around a football game, for example, with tailgating before and something afterward?

ooh, how about a slumber party? they would probably love to have daddy makeovers and things like that lol! then once the girls were down you all could have fun.

I know this sounds more like a sporting event, but how about going to horse races. Even people who aren't interested might like the socializing that goes on at such an event. When I was in school, we rented out a section of the dining room, had lunch, watched the races and blew a bunch of money. The dads had a great time.

It probably doesn't sound like a whole lot of fun, but we did some gardening and then constructed birdhouses at one of our daddy days. Dads and daughters got to use tools, so we all felt handy.
