Phi Mu is my favorite sorority!!
 

Hey ladies Phi Mu just became my favorite sorority :D!!!
My girlfriend signed on friday with the house at the University of Nebraska.

I really have no idea about any of the sororities on campus (I do know a couple of Chi-O's, and that was my original preference for her, but then decided that I didn't know enough about any of the other houses on campus to really have a preference, but I digress). So I kinda wondered if any of you wonderful ladies could give me an idea of the strength of the chapter on a nationwide scale. She's really happy with it, but few of my brothers could tell me much about them--we seem to do a lot more with G-phi's and Chi-O, so I decided to turn to GC :cool:

I can't tell you anything about the chapter at your university but I can say that Phi Mu is a wonderful national organization. Alumnae support is fantastic (I'm an alum!) and encouraged upon graduation. Phi Mu will be celebrating it's 150th year in 2002 :D

I met some guys in your house. Do you know a guy named Brice Christenson or Jeff (I forgot his last name, but he looks like a backstreet boy)? I am not sure if they are too old to still be around. I met them in Colorado my freshman year, and we all hung out with Coolio.

From what I know, the chapter's very cool, and if you have a cool friend, then she will only lend traits to the chapter, making it cool enough for even YOU to hang out with! hehe ;)

I had friends that ended up going Phi Mu there. They seemed to love it. They were actually snap bid into that house after they decided to drop out of rush. They are both very awesome girls...a little crazy at times, but awesome nonetheless. They are alum now but I know that they were pretty involved in the chapter so if the girls are anything like my two friends (twins by the way) they are great gals.
