Why would you want to do that to someone? Dang, make them clean your house before you do that mess. (Joking of course :p) But for real why did the one girl only get false imprisonment and simple battery but no hazing?

Kinda.... I'm sure she felt like she had no choice, but I think maybe the word I'd rather see is compelled.

Well, you'd be hard pressed to find "compelled" used in hazing allegations.

If these people didn't feel "forced" to do what they did, through threat or coercion, they wouldn't come forward and sue. Would they? Or maybe they would if they later regret their CHOICE. Ah...this hazing stuff is complex...blech...then we get into the different levels of "make" and whether certain threats should really be threatening.
