Animal House Documentary

Since we've had discussions in the past about Animal House. This actually sounds interesting but we shall see.....

I forgot this was on, but I had a yummy steak dinner and fell asleep through what I was watching anyway. It might repeat on Bio Channel over the weekend.

I really wanted to watch it but we don't get the BIO channel so you'll have to comment on how it was

Somehow, I think I've seen it before. It's good - it's how the movie was made, where the stars are now, that type of documentary. I found it amusing, but wouldn't lose any sleep over missing it.

It was followed by a bio on John Belusi, which was also good.

I watched both last night with my boyfriend, who is a Delta Chi. He thinks its awesome that his new member class was Tau and that all three letters make the 'Animal House'.

I was so excited to learn that Belushi grew up in Wheaton, IL! That is where I went to high school. Later, after researching I found out he went to the community college 2 min from my house!

I DVRd it last night and am about to watch it :)

The DVD copy I have of "Animal House" has a how-it-was-made documentary as one of its extra features. Might be the same one.
Two interesting facts: the guy who played the Moe-ron was one of the principal writers...and the cast went to a few fraternity parties just before they started shooting. At one house, they got into a fight with the fraternity...they way they stuck together accounts for the camaraderie that is so evident in front of the camera.

I liked how they filmed the food fight.
