Well, I think it's not a bad idea, in a way. I used to work in a call center. I HATED EVERY MINUTE OF IT. HATED IT, HATED IT, HATED IT!!!!!!! So in that respect, let the convicts sit on the phone, all day, can't get up, can't go to the potty, can't chit chat with your co-workers, can't eat at your desk, can't have reading materials at your desk, gotta talk all day, can't go into call-work or idle, stay at the desk, just sit all day, and talk, and sit, and talk. It was miserable. I hope they are ALL just as miserable as I was. Crying in the morning on the way to work, crying at work, crying at lunch time, crying at work, crying myself to sleep, because I hated that job. I hope they are just as miserable.
On the other hand, that is lightweight some mess. Do our tax dollars pay for the long distance calls they have to make??? I swear, we pay so much to try and rehabilitate these fools. And for what? For them to come right back out and do the same crap. yeah, a few people (Nathan McCall and Patrice Gaines, for example) come out changed. But some of them like jail. I say let them rot there. I'm in a bad mood today. I'm going to go now. I'll be back when I'm my usual chipper self.
