Famous Brothers showing handsign

Hey guys,

I'm in the process of working on a video/ presentation for my Zetas rush this coming fall. I was curious if any of you guys know of any photos anywhere with our famous brothers (Chesney, Paul, Klein, Tesh, Truman, etc) throwing up the handsign?

I've found a few videos of Ron Paul doing it at a press conference, but none of the other famous guys.

Thanks

Your's in ZAX,

Brother Kenny does it all the time in concerts (I once watched a VH1 special on him and it seemed like every concert he was doing it), so i would try searching youtube for some.

Also, who was the famous Bro who was on one of those late night talk shows, i think he was from SNL and shouted LXA out. If you have audio in the presentation, that might be usable.

Anyone remeber the video i am talking about, I think it was on Conan Obrians show or somebody like that

Cool, I knew Kenny was still a big supporter of LXA, but I had thought if he did it at concerts, someone would have a picture of him doing it somewhere... alright, off to youtube. Thanks trey.

There is a picture of John Tesh at General Assembly in 2002 giving the sign. It on the headquarters flickr account. I know he's not the most famous of alums.

Thanks Daniel!

Hey, anyone's better than nobody. Hell, I'll throw Tesh on the brochure we send to parents. :P

Also, my Youtube search turned up nothing for Chesney. I figured if I would find it, ti would be in "keg in the closet" Anyone have a picture of him doing it? If you would post a link, I'll be more tahn willing to crop you out, or whatever. Preferably though, if anyone happens to have pictures of anyone famous taht they went to school with, those would be the best.

Once again, thanks for the help so far. This is why LXAs are the best!

I wouldn't put Klein or the SNL guy in the "famous" category with Chesney and Truman.

Known, yes. On TV, yes. But famous should be reserved for a higher level.

Chesney is A+++ star, while Klein and SNL are D+/C- stars right now.

Shadowskream459 07-27-2008 08:11 PM

Well, whatever, they are STILL brothers that people know.

The only person I ever see on TV making any sort of handsign resembling the one done by Lambda Chis is either Spiderman or random people at rock concerts.

I'm a brother that people know, am I famous?

Shadowskream459 07-28-2008 12:48 PM

GammaZeta,

If you're not going to contribute, why bother posting?

robswede 07-28-2008 12:48 PM

in the "No Shoes, No Shirt, No Problems" music video Brother Chesney is showing the handsign in almost every shot....

and of course his unknowning friends are doing the Hawaiian Shacka

Shadowskream459 07-28-2008 12:57 PM

You're the man, Rob!

I found a few GREAT shots in that video.

Now if I could only find some old college photos of our boys...

GammaZeta 07-28-2008 03:02 PM

I contribute more than anyone will ever know. In fact, any success of the fraternity can be traced back to all of my posts, thoughts and suggestions, directly to me.

No need to thank me. But you are welcome.

It's kind of a commonly-used handsign, just not for the same reason for most people.
